TAMPA, FL - The Hillsborough County Aviation
Authority (HCAA) has selected Open Technology Group to implement a FileNET document
management solution for 125 users at HCAA's offices. The HCAA is the governing body that
oversees the Tampa International Airport and three general aviation airports in
Hillsborough County. The document management solution will allow departments in the HCAA
to electronically manage and share documents such as tenant leases, contracts, employee
information, finance, police records, AutoCAD drawings, and spread sheets.
MAITLAND, FL - True Rewards, a division of
AT&T, has recently implemented a customized application based
on FileNET's Watermark document imaging solution at their Maitland office. Open Technology
Group's systems engineers have enabled AT&T's Watermark document imaging system to
automatically populate an existing database to track points acquired by customers
participating in the True Rewards program.
BROOKSVILLE, FL - Open Technology Group has recently completed the
installation and training phases of a new 10-user Panagon Document Management system to be
used by the City of Brooksville City Clerk's office. This system will allow users within
the City Clerks office to effectively manager both paper documents which have been scanned
into the system and electronic documents such as word processing documents, spreadsheets,
and emails.
ORLANDO, FL - CNL, one of Open Technology
Group's existing document imaging and Service Bureau customers, has selected FileNET
Panagon Document Management solution to be implemented in its REIT department. Panagon
will allow CNL employees to store all of their documents including leases, contracts, and
GIS drawings online providing fast, centralized access to these important documents
through their existing Intranet and the Internet. In addition, CNL REIT will also be
utilizing SpatialENTERPRISE from ECI (one of Open Technology Group's partners) to
integrate their GIS drawings with the Panagon
Document Management system.
COCOA, FL - Recently Open Technology Group system engineers migrated
Brevard Community College (BCC) to the current updated release of FileNET's Watermark
document imaging solution. Additionally, Open Technology Group converted images stored in
BCC's existing Coastal Image Server in the Human Resource department to the Watermark
Server. This migration will ensure that Brevard Community College's document imaging
system is up-to-date and Y2K compliant with the latest technology from the industry
leading FileNET Corporation.
GAINESVILLE, FL - Alachua County and Open Technology Group have recently
completed phase two of the county's Watermark document imaging project. Phase two involved
the migration of the county to the latest edition of the Watermark software and the
inclusion of several more county departments into the document imaging solution. |
